By merging the consolidated experience of Panzeri, a Bresaola’s productor from Valchiavenna, and Claudio Sadler, the multi-awarded Chef from Milan, a new idea is born: they experimented some author’s variations on the composition of the Bresaola’s salting, which is enriched by new delicate but strong aromatic notes.
In this way the “Bresaole d’Autore” are born: a product with a soft and velvety consistence which expresses itself in a range of four surprising tastes, conceived to exalt the innate versatility of Bresaola in cooking and to amaze in a pleasant way as appetizer and impressive course for all the convivial occasions.
